Hi, could somebody tell me please how Patternamker 7.5 will work after upgrading to Windows 10 ?

Judit,
PatternMaker works fine with Windows 10 but you need to use the latest update of at least Febr. 2016.
If you can not find it at the PatternMaker site you can go also to the european dealer site : www.patternmade4you.com
When you select the english language at the right side you can download the latest english PM update under Service/Updates

have one question though, I bought the menswear and outwear macros a few years back and I had a windows xp pc at the time. I've had to replace the pc with a windows 10 pc and I have downloaded the free basic system for patternmaker. I also downloaded the menswear and outwear programs. I'm unable to use the programs as it wont accept the unlock codes I received when I purchased years ago. Please are you able to help? or does this mean I have to repurchase both macros to work on my new pc?

You should be able to use the unlock codes on Windows 10. You do not need to repurchase the macros. My recommendation when people have trouble with the passwords is to cut and paste them into a text editor before cutting and pasting them into the installer. Be sure you do not accidentally get a space in.

sorry to be such a pain, when I click on the macros its come up with an error stating I need to register, how do I go about doing that, The last time I did this was when I bought the macros in 2005.

Antony,
when you have this errormessage the installation of the macros was not right.
when you use the update of PM 7.5 you have to use also the updates of the macro's for version 7.5.
So be sure that your PM version does correspond with the macros versions. Both should be version 7.5
